All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.) Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
When you place an order, shipping and delivery date will be estimated based on the shipping option you select. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. (Delivery delays may occur occasionally, this is outside of our control.)
Please note that shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on the product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights are rounded up to the next full ounce.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
All international orders are processed through Etsy. Please visit our Etsy page to place an order outside of the U.S.
